Return Window

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to product availability.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be covered by Red Gadgetsy Store in case of damaged or incorrect products. For other return reasons, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will fall under the return policy process.
